GODS OF XYLLOMER (27 known)
***************************************************************

AO - This god is one of the legends of Xyllomer. It was said
that in the beginning, there was only one god, Ao, and that
all other gods were created because, in the words of Calric,
Ao got bored. If this one, greater god truly exists, the
presence of any shrines has yet to be found; it is my
personal belief that faith in Ao can only be understood and
obtained afterone has reached a level of belief in all of
the active gods of the world.

AKAI-KURUSHI - the founding of the Five of the Warshrike gods,
this god does not have a shrine but exists rather as a
legend; he is said to have called together the four
Warshrike gods in order to prevent the return of the Old
Ones, and was almost destroyed in the process. Known as
Lord of Life and Death during War, only the Jitsua of the
Warshrikes worships this god. His shrine is located in
the Warshrike guild, apart from the main complex.

ASGOTH - One of the Warshrikegods which came together to prevent
the return of the Old Ones. Having an evil alignment,
Asgoth is rumored to be the brother of Huitzilopochtli.
Currently there are two factions of believers in this god,
the original Warshrikes and the True Followers of Asgoth
which split with the Shrike guild to form their own.
True Followers of Asgoth believe that their deity left the
alliance of Warshrikes and exists independently, while
Warshrikes believe that Asgoth, the god of destruction,
still remains in the alliance. Two shrines may exist to
this god, but I have only ever found one in Silverlining.
Asgoth has a demi-god.

ARZASH - a little known deity from the very ancient days of
Avalon. This deity seems to have been known primarily by
mages and sorcerers.

BHAAL - One of the major evil deities of the world, and the
preferred choice for Necromancers. Legend tells that Bhaal
was one of the original of the three deities directly
created by Ao, thereby one of the oldest, and nemesis to
Rokoon. There are two shrines of Bhaal, one located in the
graveyard at Old Tilverton, and the other somewhere in the
dark forest of Tortoise.

CALRIC - One of the racial deities, Calric is the god of gnomes.
Though suspected of having an evil alignment due to alliance
with Bhaal, Calric is not generally associated with the evil
deities. There are two shrines to Calric, one in the gnomen
village of Asyra and another in fields of Ki-eren-home. A
legendary shrine to Calric is rumoured to have existed in a
famous gnomish city located in a volcano in Tortoise, but the
altar, as well as the city, both seem to have been destroyed
by time.

CRAIGTOOTH MISTBROW - One of the two deities of the giants,
Craigtooth Mistbrow is the goddess of good and seemingly an
ally of Rokoon. Her only shrine can be found in the city of
the giants.

DUALDIN - The racial god of elves, followers are generally
considered to have a good alignment. There are two shrines
to Dualdin, one located in the forests of Elohim and the
other located in the forests of Ghanwyll. In addition, the
lens located on Thurmundir Glacier is said to be a focal
point for followers of Dualdin to receive special blessings
in relation to their alignment.

GOD - A lesser deity of the farming peasants of Padorn, this god
has only one shrine in Mari-loo, and seems to be an ally of
Rokoon.

HUIZILOPOCHTLI - Another major evil deity, followers of this
god are asked to make sacrifices of blood, most often
their own, to gain faith. A secretive religion, not much is
known of this god, whose one known shrine is located
somewhere in the jungles of the Yucutan. Another shrine is
rumored to be located in a crack near the Crystal River, in
the fields between Padorn and Dazulgund. However, access to
this shrine seems to be restricted to believers only.
Huitzilopochtli is an enemy of Rokoon and rumored to be an
ally of Asgoth, but has no direct relationship with Bhaal.
Followers of this deity, as with all evil deities, are usually
persecuted due to their violent tendencies. Symbols of this
god are the snake and the eagle.

KORANISHAXX - One of the Warshrike goddesses, Koranishaxx is
known as the Lady of Fire by her followers. She is
generally considered to be a good deity, though Warshrikes
first alliances are with their respective gods, rather than
other good deities; additionally, Koranishaxx is not a
direct enemy of any of the evil deities, except perhaps for
the branch of True Followers of Asgoth. Her one shrine
is located in the guild of the Warshrikes in Silverlining.

KRONOS - A forgotten gods of the old times, the shrine of this
god of time can be found in Tortoise. Research has led me
to believe that the worship of this god has been transformed
into the deity which is today known as Xan. There are no
active priests of this god. Other arguments also claim that
worship of Kronos has been transformed into worship of Tempus.

MURGORON - Another forgotten deity, the temple of this
seemingly evil deity can be found in Old Tilverton. Though
the shrine does contain some supernatural activity, there
are no existing priests of this god.

MORAN - The god of war, this deity is somewhat neutral, though it
has a large following among warriors, particularly Satai.
Only one shrine exists for this god, located in the fields
between Padorn and Elohim. This deity has a demi-god.

OOSAMA - Also a Warshrike god, this deity also attracts a large
following of warriors as a god of the battlefield. The god
of Honor, Oosama seems to be neutral in alignment, although
often followers of Oosama will ally themselves with good
deities. But, as with all Warshrike gods, first alliegence
is always given to the Warshrike community.

ORADES - The racial god of humans, Orades was said to have saved
the human population of Padorn from the great fires. Though
having a somewhat good alliance, as with all racial gods
followers are given the freedom to chose their own paths.
Notably, Orades is the only deity which has three shrines,
the central one in Padorn, the village of Ryegate, and in
the town of Cloud Bottom.

POWER - One of the forgotten deities, no priests for this god
exists, though a shrine still stands hidden in Stone
Mountains.

QUETZLCOATL - Seemingly an enemy of Huitzilopochtli, followers of
this deity can be found in the jungles of Yucutan. Though
suspected of having a good alignment, no shrine or priests
of this cult have been discovered as of yet to confirm this.

ROKOON - One of the original three deities said to have been
created by Ao, this is the most well known god of good
alignment. Though its followers are widespread and have
many benefits which other deities do not offer, Rokoon is
one of the more demanding gods of its followers, requiring
frequent attendance at sermons. Rokoon is the nemesis of
Bhaal, and is enemies with Huitzilopochtli. Symbols of this
god are the dragon and the falcon.

SELYRA - The goddess of love, this small deity has two shrines,
one located in Port Dore and the other in Lonar. Though she is
suspected of having a neutral alignment, her few followers
generally align themselves with good deities.

SOLTAR - a little known deity from the recent past. Not much
is known about this god, though it seems to have been a deity
of a more good alignment than evil, and also associated with
warriors.

SWARNIGUL - The racial goddess of the dwarves, Swarnigul is
generally thought to have a good alignment, though not as
strict as Rokoon. She has one shrine, located in the
lowest level of Dazulgund.

TEMPUS - Though not one of the major evil deities, Tempus is a
declared enemy of Rokoon. This god has one shrine, located
in the dome of Lonar.

THARANDIL - The last of the major three deities said to have
been created by Ao, this goddess is not only the racial
deity of fairies and centaurs, but also the goddess of
nature. Tharandil is a neutral goddess, and claims almost
half of the worlds population as believers, from all walks
of life. There are two shrines for Tharandil, one located
in the city of Atlantis, and the other in the Grasslands.
This deity has a demi-god.

TRITON - god of the Sea, Triton was rumoured to have created
the city of Moeth and with the help of a semi-immortal magician,
to have created the race of mer-folk which populate the seas.

VULCANOS - This is the evil deity of the giants, the equal and
opposite god to Craigtooth Mistbrow. Vulcanos has only one
shrine, also located in the giants domain.

XAN - The god of time and chaos, this secretive religion
celebrates both good and evil, teaching its followers to
become both fanatically holy and demonically evil. Though
encompassing both sides of the spectrum, Xan is far from a
neutral deity; rather, Xan encourages a sort of "chaotic
tension" between polar extremes of good and evil, embodied
in night and day. The shrine of this god is hidden somewhere
between Ryegate and the Grasslands. The only other traces of
representation of this god is a golden-eyed preacher who
frequents the marketplace of Padorn. This deity has a demi-god.

XOGINA - A goddess of the Warshrikes, this evil deity only allows
women to follow her path. She is known as the Lady of
Blood by her followers. Like all Shrike gods, first
alliegence is to the other Warshrikes. Though good deities
are wary of followers of Xogina, she is not explicitly an
enemy of any god or goddess. Her shrine is located at the
Warshrike guild in Silverlining.
